THE BAAAAAAAAAAST DOODH-PATTI

Take one cup of milk and empty into a sauce pan.

Add one tea spoon of tea leaves of your choice (I prefer Lipton Yellow Label) and SPRINKLE them over the surface of the milk.

Do NOT stir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Light the stove and leave fire as low as possible.

Let it take its time brewing.

Let it boil at least twice.

Sieve for malai/cream on top

Add sugar to taste.
